- Eligibility: Parents must be low income, performing agriculture-based work, and have experienced a migrant move within the past two years. Children must be between 6 weeks of age up to kindergarten entry
- Requirements: Proof of agriculture-based work (if applicable), verification of income, and proof of need. Birth certificate, updated immunization records, recent physical exam report, and TB risk assessments for the children
